Rack-mounted dew-point calibration station generating stable, traceable dew points from -100°C to +20°C.
The Michell DCS is a complete, configurable dew-point calibration station built around a compressor, dryer, dew-point generator and reference instrument, with an optional manifold for extended setups. It produces a controlled flow of air or nitrogen at precise dew-point temperatures ranging from -100°C to +20°C, responding quickly to set-point changes with stable humidity generation. Operation can be manual, via push-button set-point switching or flow mixing, or automated through RS232/USB remote control for PC-driven calibration sequences. Each system is custom-built by Michell Instruments to match the specified operating range in the most cost-effective configuration.
