AQUATEC® 1000
In-situ zirconium oxide probe for fast, reliable O₂ and H₂O measurement in high-temperature drying processes.
The AQUATEC 1000 measures oxygen and moisture directly within the drying process using an in-situ zirconium oxide sensor, delivering faster response than extractive analysis methods. Its robust stainless steel (SS316TI) probe withstands demanding thermal conditions, with filter options extending process gas temperature capability up to 400 °C. A dual system configuration supports specialized drying applications, helping manufacturers cut energy consumption and drying time while maintaining consistent process control.
