CEMTEC®

CEMTEC is a rugged gas sampling probe built for continuous flue gas extraction directly from cement kiln inlet chambers and other high-dust, high-temperature combustion processes. Its self-cleaning design, driven entirely by pneumatic movements, prevents clogging at the gas inlet and keeps the probe free of material buildup, enabling near-continuous availability. By delivering dust-free sample gas to extractive analyzers and supporting in-situ oxygen and COe sensors, it helps plants optimize combustion, cut fuel use, and meet strict NOx and emissions targets.
