UC09 - Inline Infrared Carbometric Unit for Beer
Inline infrared CO2 analyzer for continuous carbonation monitoring of beer and carbonated beverages on process lines.
The UC09 is a fully inline carbometric sensor that measures CO2 content directly in the process pipe, eliminating the need for bypass loops, sampling or pumps. Built on factory-developed infrared ATR technology, it delivers fast, drift-free readings in about 3 seconds with automatic temperature compensation, and requires virtually no maintenance once installed. Designed with hygienic Varivent-style connections, it pairs with a Maselli controller (MP01 or MP02) for local display and process-control output, making it ideal for beer, carbonated soft drinks and mineral water lines.
