Maselli Analyzer

SA series - Grapes Analyzer

Automatic at-reception grape must analyzer measuring sugar content, pH, total acidity and colour in a single fast cycle.

The SA series analyzer automates sampling, measurement and washing to characterize incoming grape must right at the receiving dock, cutting waiting times to just minutes per truck. Starting from a standard Brix-only configuration, the modular design lets wineries add pH, total acidity, colour (PQ/Tonality) and sanity measurements as needs grow. Results can be sent to a printer, plant management system or a farmer-facing remote display, and the unit connects directly to Maselli's CC05 truck sampling probe for fully automatic operation with a single operator.
