The Maselli CC07 is a robust truck sampler engineered to reach deep into delivery vehicles, including the bottom-most layers, to extract a representative sample of incoming raw produce. Operators use a joystick to control the high-penetration coring probe, enabling fast, repeated sampling from the same load. The unit can be automatically linked to Maselli SA/LA analysis stations via a dedicated must-transfer unit, streamlining quality evaluation and pricing decisions at intake. Its rugged construction is designed for easy installation and minimal maintenance.
