BA06 - Industrial Wine Analyzer
In-line optical analyzer for continuous alcohol, extract and CO2 measurement in wine and beer process lines.
The BA06 delivers true 100% in-line analysis of alcohol, real and original extract, and CO2 directly in the main process piping, eliminating the need for bypass loops or sampling pumps. Its optical, maintenance-free sensor design—based on the ATR infrared principle—avoids the wear and upkeep typical of pressure/temperature CO2 analyzers while maintaining strict hygienic conditions. Compact enough to integrate multiple sensors into a single Varivent fitting, the BA06 pairs with Maselli MP receivers for straightforward operation and reduced installation costs.
