OD01 - Analysis System
Stand-alone, reagent-free analyzer that continuously tracks COD, Brix, pH and conductivity in waste water effluent.
The OD01 is a self-contained effluent analysis system that continuously monitors COD trends by combining individual measurements of refractive index, pH and conductivity through a proprietary calculation algorithm. Built for sugar-based organic effluent streams, it connects to a submersible pump to circulate effluent through its integrated analysis unit, with automatic cleaning and pump-flushing cycles that eliminate the need for chemical reagents or routine maintenance. It can be installed at a single process outlet or on the main collection manifold, and includes dedicated software for data collection.
