OV01 - Sampler

The OV01 is a trolley-mounted grape sampling system designed to draw must from bins and crates where conventional sampling probes cannot reach. Its lightweight, portable extension probe uses openings around the blades to cut grape skins and extract juice by suction, with all sampling stages PLC-controlled. The unit can feed must automatically into a Maselli LA02 or SA00 analysis system, or discharge it into a container for further use, since the recovered must remains free of foreign contamination. Built in stainless steel and mounted on wheels, it combines compact size with rugged, long-lasting performance.
