High-accuracy ceramic-lined electromagnetic flowmeter for aggressive, abrasive and high-solids liquids with wireless verification.
The OPTIFLUX 5400 is a premium electromagnetic flowmeter built with a high-tech ceramic measuring tube, designed to handle highly corrosive or abrasive fluids and conductive liquids with very high solid content. Its Multi Phase Operation (MPO) technology ensures stable, repeatable readings even under gas entrainment, solids or electromagnetic disturbances, while built-in OPTICHECK diagnostics and Bluetooth connectivity enable wireless parameterisation and on-site verification without interrupting production. With ±0.15% of MV accuracy, a 1000:1 turn down ratio, and ATEX/IECEx hazardous area approval, it is ideally suited for demanding process and master metering applications.
