3000

Intelligent ceramic pressure transmitter with 0.2% accuracy, HART-ready, and robust IP66 protection for demanding industrial environments.

Photo 1 of 3

The Klay Instruments Model 3000 delivers precise pressure measurement across 0.1–50 bar with ceramic sensor technology, achieving 0.2% accuracy (0.1% option available). Field-configurable via three push buttons and integral display, it supports 4-20 mA output with optional HART digital communication for real-time diagnostics and remote calibration. Constructed from AISI 316L wetted parts and rated IP66/IP68, this transmitter operates reliably from -20°C to +80°C process temperature while accepting 12–36 Vdc power, making it ideal for pulp, paper, and general industrial process control.
