The OPTIFLUX 4100 delivers dependable flow measurement in harsh process conditions, handling liquids with low conductivity, solid content up to 10%, and process temperatures up to +180°C. A choice of liner and electrode materials gives it strong chemical and abrasion resistance, making it a solid fit for corrosive chemical duties, sewage, drilling mud and mining slurries. With a full bore, no-moving-parts design, wide turndown ratio and HART communication, it combines rugged reliability with straightforward integration into existing control systems. An optional IP68/NEMA 6P rated version also allows installation in flooded measurement chambers.
